One of the Best at the ProCarton / ECMA Carton Awards

The Elizabeth Shaw ‘The Collection’ Pack, produced by Field Packaging – Bradford, recently won the award for the best confectionery carton at the Pro Carton / ECMA European Carton Competition 2004. Bradford also won this highly coveted award in 2003 for a special pack for Nestlé After Eights.

The judges were impressed by the surprise achieved when the box is opened. As the pack is opened, two layers containing the chocolates slide out in opposite directions. They commented that ‘this greatly enhances the presentation and sharing appeal of the pack as well as supporting the premium quality of the product itself’. The pack is printed in 3 colours with a flexo applied pearlised varnish and foil blocked. The pack provides good product protection and can be over-wrapped, packed and stacked easily.
